Impressive Lobby Lounge

I was immediately struck by the lobby area of Choyo Resort Hotel in 2024. On the left side, there’s a lovely outdoor sundeck perfect for enjoying a drink in good weather. On the right, the massive sitting area features a huge screen showcasing stunning videos of Hokkaido's beautiful scenery throughout the seasons, making it an inviting place to relax. It set a wonderful tone for the entire stay.

While the staff were incredibly helpful and the private onsen was a nice touch, the room I got faced the parking lot and the dining experience didn't live up to my expectations. I appreciated the size of the room but found the small bathroom quite inconvenient. Overall, it's decent but not without its flaws.
